Therapy for Growth
Your Path to Mental Wellness
Therapy is about the connection and trust. The therapy room is a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions. Let's journey together towards healing and self-discovery.
About
Tim Davies
I made the choice in my 30's to retrain myself and work towards a new career. From the very start of my journey I fell in love with therapy. Learning all about the mind, behaviour & relationship drew me in and I couldn't get enough of it. Then being able to put that knowledge to use, helping others and really making a change to people's lives gave me a new motivation and view of the world. I have been very lucky to find this pathway and I look forward to meeting every new client.

Priorities
As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to suit each individual client. Providing a safe and confidential space for clients to express themselves is my top priority.

Individualized Care
I understand that every client is unique. I personalize our therapy methods to meet the specific needs of each individual, ensuring a personalized and effective treatment plan.

Confidentiality First
Confidentiality is paramount. I prioritize creating a secure environment where clients can openly share their thoughts and feelings without fear, knowing that their privacy is respected.

Consistency
I believe that being a consistent presence in a client's journey is key to progress. Providing on-going support in long term therapy or short term to help with specific issues.
